Each variation is sized to fit a certain kind of base, the measurements are the size of the base that the topper is designed to fit on, the topper itself is very slightly smaller so that it fits neatly.

For best results undercoat your bases first using spray or brush then peel and stick down with PVA glue, you can use a very light dusting of flock around the edges to give it a perfect finish.
